RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At BLCK BEE, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • A clear box opening/unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, missing item, wrong product, or damage claim.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the product.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

Customers must record a continuous video while opening the package from the sealed condition.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening.
  • The package being opened without interruption.
  • The product received inside the package.

Claims regarding wrong items, missing items, damaged products, or defects cannot be processed without a valid unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Products returned after the 5-day return period.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • No refunds will be provided for size-related issues. Customers should verify the size chart before ordering. Size exchanges may be offered subject to stock availability.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for:

  • Wrong item received.
  • Defective product received.
  • Size issues (subject to stock availability).

Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery along with the unboxing video.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the Return Policy above.
